The Raffle is open to Texas residents who are 18 years of age at the time of ticket purchase. The Raffle is void where prohibited. By entering, entrants acknowledge compliance with these official rules including all eligibility requirements. A random drawing will be conducted on November 20 at 3:30 p.m. from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by telephone, mail, and/or email. The winner will be required to present the ticket receipt and positive identification for verification within 3 days of being notified or an alternate winner will be selected. The Prize is a $10,000 Shopping Spree at Korman Fine Jewelry in Austin, Texas. All applicable federal, state, and local tax associated with winning the Prize in the Raffle will be the sole responsibility of the winner. The value of the Prize is $10,000. This amount, less $25 cost of winning raffle ticket, is taxable income to the winner. Winner must complete Form W-9 and sign W-2G prior to receiving the Prize. Raffle ticket price is not tax deductible or refundable, except as may be required by applicable law. Prior to delivery, winner must remit payment of $2,394, which is 24% of the value of the Prize, to satisfy the mandatory U.S. income tax withholding. Winner must claim the Prize within 3 days of being notified and make tax payment on or before December 15, 2022. Winner must contact Sponsor (marketing@kormanatx.com) to make an appointment to redeem. Redemption must occur on or before February 28, 2023. Prize cannot be redeemed for cash.
